Pros
• Working here was a good experience, especially at the beginning. • The Hong Kong team is very supportive. • The pay and benefits are genuinely good. • The work is well-structured, and the company encourages exploring AI tools to improve creative work. • Most teams (except the marketing team) were good to me.
Cons
• Forced Social Culture: There’s a strong expectation to have lunch together. Even the Head of MY insisted I join. When I preferred to have my own me-time, the team started to dislike me. • Lack of Proper Management: The MY creative team has no proper head, only a Senior Content Specialist managing us. When I tried to seek solutions from her, I only experienced PUA (manipulative behavior), which slowly affected my mental health. • Poor Stakeholder Response: When I reported issues, instead of addressing them, I was blamed for overreacting. Some stakeholders were even sleeping while I was reporting.
