Pros
Some roles have good pay and if you are in good with the executives you don't have to work very much but being in a growing proactive health company is fun. There are some really good people at this company. If you are lucky enough to report to someone that shields you from the top then its pretty okay.
Cons
The executive teams don't like planning or maybe they don't know how. They promise the world then make people work evenings and weekends to deliver a low quality product. They fire people with heart and talk about integrity and culture but people are scared. Integrity is laughable at best. The head of the clinical organization will say one thing to your face then blame you for issues behind your back then talks about his high level of integrity. If you like blaming people and not working with people across the departments, Prenuvo is a great place to be. Be a smooth talker and quick blamer. Kiss up to the executives and you will thrive. You don't even need to be very good at your job. If patients are so important like they claim then why do they keep shrinking the care teams? Why do they fire the people that care? Expect a flood of positive reviews as they try to hide what is going on. When people quit or are fired they hide it mostly in the clinic team. They hope people don't notice but we do.
