At the time we were given “unlimited” pto;

Brought in then 3 months later my position was terminated, turned into another position and everyone got a pay cut. Tasks were taken away then brought back shortly after, essentially doing the same work for less pay. Expected to pretend to be busy even during down time. Management is not supportive and more often then not never learn the procedures need to be successful in the role/department they manage. Any concerns address to upper management or HR isn’t taken into real consideration.
