Just as Press Ganey is dedicated to our mission to reduce patient and caregiver suffering, we are equally committed to continuous improvement and innovation within our own culture. Culture is critical for our client’s success and it is similarly a priority at Press Ganey. We adopt the same best practices that we utilize with our clients, which include bi-annual surveys to assess culture and engagement throughout the organization. Learnings from these surveys are reviewed by the leadership team and incorporated into our corporate culture and operations. Press Ganey also facilitates engagement focus groups and has implemented the Engagement Council, which provides regular support and recommendations to our leaders, as they continue to work to improve the overall engagement of their respective teams.
Through employee recognition and professional development programs, as well as multiple efforts to build employee unity through events, community service, and team celebrations, Press Ganey offers many opportunities to grow and contribute to the organization in a meaningful way. In 2015, the company promoted more than 100 employees for their high-quality work, teamwork and collaboration.
