      Pros

      Tremendous career growth opportunity to interact with a variety of healthcare organizations in all types of functional areas. PG trains its people well.

      Cons

      Internal politics and silos can make collaboration challenging. Starting pay is low and bonus structure is a joke the way they move advisors around to fill vacancies. HR was ineffective during my tenure with PG.

      PG has many talented people that are amazing to work with and learn from. The account teams are structured to allow amazing people working together to support client goals and foster a collaborative environment.

      Upward mobility isn't always aligned perfectly for some roles
