Thank you for your feedback. We have a thorough annual planning process that sets individual objectives to ensure we are aligned as an organization and can hold our associates accountable for work that positively impacts our company, our clients and patients. That is the basis by which we judge our overall performance and those of our associates. From a factual perspective, the composition of our workforce is approximately 60% female and 40% male. In 2017, our promotions have mirrored that ratio. As you are a current employee of Press Ganey, we would encourage you to speak with your manager or Human Resources to further discuss your concerns.
