Pros

New virtual backgrounds now that we’ve moved from Microsoft to Google platform.

Cons

Worst place I’ve ever been stuck working. Horrible “management”, no communication, constantly shifting expectations, an insane workload for the pittance we get paid, employees like myself on the verge of breakdown. Also I’ll mention the absolutely embarrassing salary we are paid. I’m making less now that we have been acquired by Qualtrics, which is great. Also we are required to “time track” everything we do all day - supposedly to help management see how long our tasks take so then can allocate resources accordingly. But we all know that’s not gonna happen. I’m to the point where I’m considering quitting with no safety net. This job has eroded my metal and physical health to a point where I simply cannot continue here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
