Pros
Press Ganey is a wonderful company to work for. PG Leadership truly cares about the wellbeing of all associates. It's a (mostly) laid-back, friendly environment where you are acknowledged for your work and efforts, no matter how small your contribution is on a project. Work-life balance and the mental wellbeing of all associates is a top priority and managers are understanding and flexible if/when personal issues arise. There is always honest communication from Leadership down, they host "town-halls" often to communicate where we are with the business, this has been especially helpful during this time with Covid19, creating a strong sense of community within the company.
Cons
At times, work can be fast-paced and you will be expected to stay current on company insights - but there is a great amount of learning and development resources in order to get up to speed!
