Pros

Got into Press Ganey via acquisition of NextPlane. NextPlane was a startup and it was a great place to work for. We had a small but very passionate team and everyone was well respected. The culture was simply great. NextPlane had raised the bar very high and when we got acquired by PG, I was unsure if I would feel the same. In reality, PG also turned out to be a very good company and it checked every checkbox that I had in my mind. - Top down the management is great - Company values it's employees as much as it values customers - Lot of emphasis on making sure that employees don't get overwhelmed with work - Passionate coworkers in every department - Cutting edge technology - Lot of scope for growth if you are hungry for growth - Your innovative ideas will be valued and if feasible they will see the light of the day The only reason why my journey got over so soon was because I had to move to Canada and PG does not allow full time employees to work from outside of USA. So please dont let my short duration here discourage you from applying to PG.

Cons

Seems too good to be true but in my 1 year of employment here I never saw any room for improvement. This company is just perfect.
