Oppressive, dictatorial leadership. Insufficient technology to meet the times. Doesn't fulfill promises to employees or clients. Too many at the top doing too little real work and consistently getting promoted for it, while those doing the work toil without recognition or thanks. Only blame when things go south. Company is trying to reinvent as young and vibrant and responsive and yet isn't any of those things. It takes months and even years to make even the simplest decisions and changes, making it impossible to compete with the true innovators. Best people are leaving.
