Press Ganey has allowed me to be the individual I want to be. As a woman I feel heard. As a mother I feel secure and able to devote more time at home to my children thanks to the exceptional work-life balance this company provides along with a fantastic benefits plan. The amount of career development opportunities has been nothing short of phenomenal and in less than 3 years I have been working here, I feel financially secure for the first time in my life. So what is the catch? Nothing. I love what I do. I don't dread starting work on any day. Did I mention that we are a fully virtual company now and get to work from home full-time? I have nothing to say but exceptional things about working for Press Ganey.

At times the job comes with periods of high-stress and tight turn arounds - but I like the challenge I have at Press Ganey with meeting deadlines. Our clients rely on us for timely (sometimes very timely) and accurate data - and we deliver.
