Pros
1) Team - Those who have been with PG for a long time and are committed to their team and the work we need to do to exceed client expectations. New leaders at Dir/VP level who bring outside thinking is helpful. Healthy and needed tension. 2) Clients - get to partner with health systems, payers of all shapes and sizes who genuinely appreciate what PG brings to the table and push the company to be even better 3) Deeper investments being made on platform / tech side 4) Feels like a partnership strategy is being pursued vs solely acquisition
Cons
-- Remote / virtual work make it difficult to team-build and provide opportunities for cross-team collaboration -- PG is not immune from the economic reality faced by most companies right now given the market -- Still integrating new assets -- If you can't be nimble and adapt to change within a large, complex company - likely not the right place for you to work
