I see the company on a daily basis commit to service excellence and technological solutions to our clients' problems. You also won't find a more kind and genuine leader than Pat Ryan.
Cons
As are most companies who have made multiple recent acquisitions, things can feel disorganized at times. That's a temporary con though as it's part of the fun working with this company: organizing the chaos. Some people may find larger companies a con in general, though PGF really feels like working in a startup world at the moment. There is also the likelihood that you would be fully remote, so try to clarify that if it is a con for you.
