Company is very out of touch with appropriate compensation, work load, and working from home, especially post-pandemic. If someone quits you are often given a "growth opportunity" to take on that position's workload without any additional compensation or title increase. The annual review is also a sham because you'll never have the same manager from year to year, the metrics are constantly changed so you have no continuity, therefore you have no accurate gauge to represent your growth, and therefore no opportunity for advancement.
