Great people with a ton of clinical and industry experience, some with over 20-30+ years of experience with senior leadership positions in other healthcare organizations prior to coming to PG. Challenging work and fast-paced if that's your style. Consultants are curious and ask questions, culture is about helping and everyone has their unique skillsets. Humble group of people focused on the mission and continuously learning.
Cons
Work-life balance can be difficult for some depending on the team you're a part of; Senior leader decisions often impact the frontline in unforeseen ways. Would benefit from including frontline workers more frequently in designing the solutions for organizational challenges.
