Pros
Given it’s long-standing reputation in healthcare, you gain exposure to many industry leaders and innovators.
Cons
The company continues to operate as a startup even thought it’s been in business for 40 years. There is little to no investment in improving operations or investing in its people. Though operational failures are acknowledged, there is no concerted effort to make improvements, but rather put the burden to deliver on its people who are left apologizing and fixing service failures daily. Rather than deliver true value to its clients, the company uses discount pricing and it’s legacy foothold in the market to trap clients in multi-year contracts and then provides the least amount of support to implement and optimize its tools. If you are looking for a values-driven company, this is not the place for you.
