Pros
My team was fantastic. Each was a dedicated employee that upheld a true objective to improve healthcare and patient experience.
Cons
Upper management (read: COO and his sidekick, CEO) has destroyed any semblance of company culture. CEO, who used to pride himself on our organizational success, has all but entirely disengaged from operations. When the COO takes over, probably soon, I imagine most employees will look for work elsewhere. I’m ahead of the curve on that one.
