Still some good people to work with but people are running for the hills
Cons
Zero senior leadership. They are complete clueless of the day to day and how bad things are regardless of how many awful engagement surveys are completed telling them as much. Awful acquisitions with zero migrations have resources running multiple platforms, burning them out. They continue to hire near 7 figure “thought leaders” while backfills for must have workers are slowly, if at all, approved adding even more work to those supporting multiple platforms. CEO has a friends and family plan hiring people who literally just have a high level salary. List goes on and on and the titanic is sinking while the C-suite are back slapping each other thinking they’re doing great. The company is designed to sell, not to succeed.
