Many tech workers on visa working 16 hour days 6 days a week due to the fear of losing their job. Implemented RTO policy but only for ~10% of employees. Pay is significantly below market rate. Lots of favoritism from upper management. Poor performing senior employees given excuses and high salaries for years to fix the same mistakes they keep making, while the employees cleaning up their mistakes are criticized for speaking up. I have yet to see anyone promoted or given a raise in 4 years besides management. Every competent employee I have spoken to privately is making their exit plan.
