      Pros

      There are a lot of great humans that work here. Flexibility if you are able to get work complete.

      Cons

      Leadership redesigned roles, departments, etc without any experience at the company. They are giving some too much workload, not realizing who should be responsible for what, and are out of their depths.

      PG has many talented people that are amazing to work with and learn from. The account teams are structured to allow amazing people working together to support client goals and foster a collaborative environment.
