Pros

Very talented workforce, pretty good work/life balance, household name brand, good bonus package compared to other companies. Opportunities to learn in the right areas. HR at face value is tries hard to make change

Cons

Director and above positions seem to have a poor gauge on the current state of affairs. Many teams have been in disarray last few years, lots of talent leaving. Dominated by sister companies and competitors. Very little room for growth unless you’re buddy buddy with the right people, and leaders that treat you more like a number than a person.

Thanks for your feedback. We have been working tirelessly over the past several years to upgrade our technology stack and evolve our culture, and we are proud of our results, but understand that not everyone will have the same experience. Good luck in your next role.

Pros

- Back to office minimum is 2 days a week which in NY is very good - Solid and stable company, lean and profitable in Booking Holdings - Opportunity to work on many topics - Good culture amongst peers and colleagues. I've found people very helpful and collaborative. - daily catered lunch in office

Cons

- Being lean means prioritizing ruthlessly, so sometimes initiatives will have to go the backlog - I did find that a lot of people take on more than their JD (there's amazing accountability), which also means that people can be very busy.

Thanks for the thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the flexibility of our hybrid model, the collaborative culture, and the opportunity to work across a broad range of projects. You’re right that we operate with a lean approach - it’s something we monitor closely to make sure teams have what they need to succeed. We ask teams to stay focused on the work that will have the biggest impact, and that sometimes means making tough prioritization decisions. If day-to-day priorities ever feel unclear, we encourage employees to partner with their Manager to help align on focus areas and impact. Thanks again for the feedback and for being part of the Priceline team!

Pros

Some teams support their employees and work on interesting projects.

Cons

Do not work for this company. My boss was so incompetent and unable to use techonology, she falsified PIP paperwork using a chronic health disability while lying that I did not complete my work -- in an attempt to fire me so people would not be able to see how poorly she understands the field of technology. Unforunta3ely for her, AI has adigital footprint when she realized she was caught and there was proof she was lying she fired me to cover it up. Long story short is I won the battle and would adivise anyone and everyone interested in technology or working for a company that has checks and balances on incompetent managers DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
