Pros

- CEO is good and cares about company and runs it with empathy and efficiently. - benefits are good [not as to the level of Tech companies but better than banks in NYC]

Cons

- Tons of unskilled employees who stayed there for long time but have very minimal tech skills [they wouldn't clear any junior level interview anywhere with their skill] and they are threatened by new employees who are way skilled than them and thus act as road block to new employees. - Unskilled employees gang upon new talented employees to make new employees look bad. - Management also sides with unskilled old employees. - Unskilled employees take credit for others work. - Small company hence less career progression opportunities - Work is kinda boring as the whole company is about plumbing other companies API and not a whole lot of innovation going on.

Thanks for sharing your perspective. We're glad to hear your positive comments about our CEO and our benefits offerings. We're sorry to hear that this was your impression of the tech organization. It doesn’t align with the kind of environment we strive for — one that values skill, mutual respect, and fair recognition, regardless of tenure. We expect all employees to contribute to a culture of collaboration and accountability. If that’s not what someone is experiencing, we encourage them to speak up — whether to their manager, HR, or through our anonymous Ethics Helpline. We wish you the best in your next chapter

Pros

- Back to office minimum is 2 days a week which in NY is very good - Solid and stable company, lean and profitable in Booking Holdings - Opportunity to work on many topics - Good culture amongst peers and colleagues. I've found people very helpful and collaborative. - daily catered lunch in office

Cons

- Being lean means prioritizing ruthlessly, so sometimes initiatives will have to go the backlog - I did find that a lot of people take on more than their JD (there's amazing accountability), which also means that people can be very busy.

Thanks for the thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the flexibility of our hybrid model, the collaborative culture, and the opportunity to work across a broad range of projects. You’re right that we operate with a lean approach - it’s something we monitor closely to make sure teams have what they need to succeed. We ask teams to stay focused on the work that will have the biggest impact, and that sometimes means making tough prioritization decisions. If day-to-day priorities ever feel unclear, we encourage employees to partner with their Manager to help align on focus areas and impact. Thanks again for the feedback and for being part of the Priceline team!

Pros

Some teams support their employees and work on interesting projects.

Cons

Do not work for this company. My boss was so incompetent and unable to use techonology, she falsified PIP paperwork using a chronic health disability while lying that I did not complete my work -- in an attempt to fire me so people would not be able to see how poorly she understands the field of technology. Unforunta3ely for her, AI has adigital footprint when she realized she was caught and there was proof she was lying she fired me to cover it up. Long story short is I won the battle and would adivise anyone and everyone interested in technology or working for a company that has checks and balances on incompetent managers DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
