Best CEO I have worked with hands down. Great technology and procedure. Top heavy. All boys club. Business plan is a work in progress. Very smart employees and nice people to work with for the most part.
Cons
Over worked, no work life balance. If the executives are working long hours they expect you to as well. Working hard and doing your job isn't enough. You are expected to play the politics. Small company with a lot of growing pains and need more SOPs in place. Better guidance and transparency from Sr Management is needed. Growing too fast and not adjusting infrastructure and budget to help management work load. Too many meetings and not enough time to do the work. They need management classes for these managers to help guide employees in their career path and with their current jobs so they can be an exceptional manager and not just have the tittle. They say we are a team but its every man for themselves attitude. They let these entitled reps throw their weight around. They have core values that rarely gets followed. Better Commercial Leadership globally needed.
