Cons

In a market of disruptive technology time is your enemy. Speed matters. Though speed can leave systems and process well beyond their needed level. Striking the balance of winning the day establishing structure to scale is front and center. You must love to build and create. If you are looking for a cozy ride on a cruise ship this is not the environment for you.
