Thank you for this review - this perspective is immensely valuable especially as we see such payoff to the incredible strides our capital and clinical teams are making to drive broad market adoption and set up sustainable robotics programs. There is a lot to do, yes, and it can certainly create sacrifices, but we need healthy, productive commercial team members.
