The people and talent are amazing, everyone I have met have a shared passion for our mission . It is contagious. The culture is more than just words on paper, the culture of ALL in, First teams First, Empowerment through transparency, Small wins Big Impact is something that is real, and I experienced this culture come alive during my training at Academy. I really felt like I was welcomed and valued as part of the Procept Family.

Cons

Not really many cons to this point, i love the fast pace culture and business and the people.
