Pros

You get "my time" so you can take time off for appointments, sick days, etc as needed.

Cons

Unorganized, repetitive work load, low salary pay for amount of work you do. Very little training. You have to figure things out all on your own. You have to fill in if someone calls off as well as continue to do your supervisor duties, predictable that it's unpredictable, poor work system, everything is on apps, platforms or emails or a helpline.

It's great to work with the customers.

Cons

There was one person who set me up for the interview. Then I was interviewed for about four minutes before I had the job. My questions went unanswered. She acted like I was a bother during orientation. Things only went downhill from there. If you want a part-time job this is fine. But expect to get about 20 hours a month.
