It's great to work with the customers.

Cons

There was one person who set me up for the interview. Then I was interviewed for about four minutes before I had the job. My questions went unanswered. She acted like I was a bother during orientation. Things only went downhill from there. If you want a part-time job this is fine. But expect to get about 20 hours a month.

Work that is very easy to do.

Cons

Mind-numbing work with little in the way of mental stimulation. Low pay for standing in one spot for hours on end, which is painful as you get older.
