Being fired due to (given reason: performance) performance review was done in November, company had a “high priority” vendor contract signing tour in January. I was fired January 31, Hmmm, after being told “maybe you should be speaking Spanish instead of English”.

First of the supervisors is a complete demented psychopath that has no idea what she is doing. She demotes employees who know her job inside and out stating they are too old. She has a 80 year old who is too old to stand for 6 hrs clean a kitchen. She tells employees that they can’t take extra samples home, but can change your sample, have you open an item for her to take home. Yes, the place is a soprano episode waiting to happen. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone working here. The supervisor dresses like she is going to clean toilets in a trampoline park not a team member. She is constantly high or getting off a high treating employees like we are not important. Higher management and HR takes our concerns and files them under whatever.
