      Pros

      Leadership & Direction are fantastic. They have a good vision and a path to get there. They truly employ a work hard play hard mindset and try and value your time.

      Cons

      Benefits aren't the best, same with 401K match.

      - a diverse team that collaborates regularly - great work/life balance - ample opportunities for career growth in many different areas - travel opportunities

      - more employees than desk space available at the office - little communication from top leadership

      It's great to work with the customers.

      Cons

      There was one person who set me up for the interview. Then I was interviewed for about four minutes before I had the job. My questions went unanswered. She acted like I was a bother during orientation. Things only went downhill from there. If you want a part-time job this is fine. But expect to get about 20 hours a month.
