Pros

They have a keurig machine.....oh yea and they have these meetings once a month where they provide lunch .......they also have good wifi 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

Cons

This company loves to burn people out, to the point that you quit, I was a receptionist and I will not recommend working here. Too many cliques too much gossip, they promote people to supervisors that don't know what those doing. Oh and they love the word "mandate" they mandated me to go to training in Long Island on a Sunday!!! ?? I mean are they serious? I live in Manhattan and how do they even know if I had the money to go? Also they lied and said they will reimburse us, that never happened. You work these ridiculous schedule. I received an email from my regional wit curse words in . You got to kiss butt if u wanna move up, it's more like a hs than job. Their annoying, you receive emails all day with different task to do, and before you finish one, something else pops up, it's really ridiculous. The aides work their butt off and they pay almost nothin? And the poor pts are all burnt out too many patients they care more about the numbers than patient care

Pros

Great staff that truly cares about their patients. Excellent management that listens and cares about your wellbeing as an employee, and is willing to listen to constructive criticism towards daily processes.

Cons

High volume of patients, so lots of work needed (which isn't necessarily a con, but can be at times).

Pros

Professional Physical Therapy Is a great company to work for, on paper. Weekly education, good mentorship, great therapists that you can pick their brains on to ask for help, and people are always willing to help. Salary is average at best, but with incentives to get better, you get paid more, which in reality how it should be

Cons

Clinical Directors bonuses are based upon their quarterly quota they get to keep their office running. IE: If you have a greedy CD who wants to keep the quota money to themselves, youre office wont flourish, you get a CD that reinvests the quota into the office, the office will flourish. A staff PT can't review the CD; the CD gets reviewed by KPI numbers that you are apart of during review. Which is a little interested due to the staff should have a say in how the leadership is running
