Every person deserves to work at a Company like Professional at least once in their life! The culture, the people, the promotions, recognition, benefits, and rewards all outpace other companies I have worked for in the past. Professional values those employees that work hard, with a play hard mentality and is evidenced by their commitment to rapid promotions and advancement along with outstanding compensation and incentive plans. Their culture is embodied from the top down and their commitment to charitable endeavors and philanthropy as part of their overall mission should excite any prospective employee who wants to work with a Company that gives back! Witness the Company sponsored social outings and you'll understand why the culture of the Company is so great Anybody interested in office politics need not apply; those willing to show us what you got - get on our bus! Ask anybody who works at Professional whether they would do it again and you'll get a resounding "YES!" every time! Go to one clinic, just once, and see for yourself; the energy!
Cons
All-in-all the Company strives to be proactive in making sure employees enjoy their job and are moving their personal goals and career forward. No cons to speak of but you can't please everyone (although Professional tries!) so I'll leave it to those detractors to make something up.
