Pros

Very large company with a lot of opportunity to build on your career. Great minds in the company that are always willing to help guide the staff. Does a great job with continuing ed opportunities for continues staff development.

Cons

Size of company makes it difficult to maintain consistency throughout. As a large company, there are many management positions for each region. This means that the CORRECT people must be staffed in these positions for continued success for the company/staff. Had a bad experience with my coordinator. Zero leadership ability. Unfairly treating staff based on personal relationship. Also flat-out laziness, comfortable with other people doing her job for her and getting outworked.

Pros

Great staff that truly cares about their patients. Excellent management that listens and cares about your wellbeing as an employee, and is willing to listen to constructive criticism towards daily processes.

Cons

High volume of patients, so lots of work needed (which isn't necessarily a con, but can be at times).

Pros

Professional Physical Therapy Is a great company to work for, on paper. Weekly education, good mentorship, great therapists that you can pick their brains on to ask for help, and people are always willing to help. Salary is average at best, but with incentives to get better, you get paid more, which in reality how it should be

Cons

Clinical Directors bonuses are based upon their quarterly quota they get to keep their office running. IE: If you have a greedy CD who wants to keep the quota money to themselves, youre office wont flourish, you get a CD that reinvests the quota into the office, the office will flourish. A staff PT can't review the CD; the CD gets reviewed by KPI numbers that you are apart of during review. Which is a little interested due to the staff should have a say in how the leadership is running
