Weekly education, good mentorship, great therapists that you can pick their brains on to ask for help, and people are always willing to help. Salary is average at best, but with incentives to get better, you get paid more, which in reality how it should be

Clinical Directors bonuses are based upon their quarterly quota they get to keep their office running. IE: If you have a greedy CD who wants to keep the quota money to themselves, youre office wont flourish, you get a CD that reinvests the quota into the office, the office will flourish. A staff PT can't review the CD; the CD gets reviewed by KPI numbers that you are apart of during review. Which is a little interested due to the staff should have a say in how the leadership is running
