Pros

NONE! There is nothing remotely Professional about this company. You will work on snow days, you will be asked to drive to come into work during blizzards.

Cons

If you work here be prepared to say good bye to your life. You are extremely underpaid and overly stressed. You might think just being a receptionist you wouldn't feel stressed, absolutely not. You are CONSTANTLY asked to work overtime, they will tell you there is room for growth but nothing could be further from the truth. Management is VERY sneaky and manipulative. If you do work here do not trust anyone, they will throw you under the bus so fast it's disgusting. All to be in this so called "clique" they have. Which in the end will get you no where.

Pros

Great staff that truly cares about their patients. Excellent management that listens and cares about your wellbeing as an employee, and is willing to listen to constructive criticism towards daily processes.

Cons

High volume of patients, so lots of work needed (which isn't necessarily a con, but can be at times).
