Pros
A few pleasant co-workers and some memorable patients.
Cons
Avoid if you can. Nothing short of a sweatshop. Staff are perpetually overworked and forced to put up with the attitudes of patients who may know higher ups in the company. Offices are always understaffed and you’ll be called on a Sunday evening to cover at other offices before or after your usual shift. Management only cares about numbers so patient volume takes precedence. I’ve ended shifts feeling dizzy from either not being able to grab a quick snack for 7 hours or the sheer amount of running back and forth that takes places. There have been numerous occasions when there were far more patients than tables available and folding chairs were brought out in an effort to deal with the rush. Management blatantly ignores the complaints of staff and has even walked out of staff meetings before any type of resolution was developed. Also, according to the clinic, physical therapists are quite full of themselves and will downplay the training/education of other members of staff, even trying to micromanage tasks.
