Pros

I can only say the pros are that you get free coffee and tea and utensils.

Cons

Management lack many skills. The staff are not friendly and that is a place that is a free for all. Employees are always on their cell phones or desk phone. People are always having conversations all day long. It's easy to get your numbers because all day long you just write the same thing in all of your accounts. Management are not what they appear to be. I have had two of my friends work there and they HATED IT. Who knew that if you are on probation period falls within a holiday that you do NOT GET PAID FOR THE HOLIDAY. You only get 4 sick days per year. You work in an open area where you hear and see everything. You do not work with patients but people speak all different languages around each other so you never know if they are talking bad or good about you. You're not allowed to discriminate but you can set some boundaries.

Pros

Great staff that truly cares about their patients. Excellent management that listens and cares about your wellbeing as an employee, and is willing to listen to constructive criticism towards daily processes.

Cons

High volume of patients, so lots of work needed (which isn't necessarily a con, but can be at times).
