Thank you for your review. We agree that working with, and seeing patients progress through their treatment is indeed very rewarding. We are proud of our knowledgeable (and friendly) staff and the added educational value we provide to our staff. With regard to some of your other comments, it’s like the old adage about some seeing the glass half empty vs. others seeing it half full. When a patient shows up too early or too late, we do consider the patients first and try out best to accommodate them into a schedule. Many patients are post-surgery, in pain and have difficulty getting around. We understand that and whenever possible fit them into our already busy schedules. At Professional, the patient does come first. We staff each location based on the potential workload so whenever possible, we can accommodate such instances. Pay grades may start at a lower level; however Professional also offers a great work environment, superb clinical training, excellent benefits, and rapid career growth opportunities. If you ask anyone who has been with the company for awhile, in a very short time those that put in the effort and quality care are recognized as well as rewarded, and the pay factor becomes non-existent.
