Pros
I worked with Professional Physical Therapy for over 6 years. It was a great experience and I certainly saw the company grow over the years. The team approach that the company has, created a positive environment for the patients and employees. There was always something to learn throughout the day, whether it was from one of the physical therapists, athletic trainers, or even patients. The company offered many opportunities to attend lectures presented by different specialists within the field. There was certainly room for all employees to grow within the company if they truly wanted to. My experience with Professional Physical Therapy was exceptional.
Cons
For my position as a Physical Therapist Aide, I was limited to a certain amount of hours I could work. I do believe the company might have been transitioning into allowing a PT Aide to work full-time after I left, but it would be best to check with the company first. I was going to school at the same time as I was working, and I I truly appreciated the fact that the company was always very flexible with my schedule.
