Pros
Been an employee for 15 years. Initially hired as an athletic trainer. Worked amongst some amazing PT's and was inspired to go to PT school. I worked throughout school and returned as full time PT. One of the most important things for me is the environment. I enjoy working among other PT's and PTA's. It allows you to bounce ideas off others and discuss cases to help ensure quality care is delivered. The management; clinical directors are all very approachable and eager to hear your goals and help direct you into a path that will help you achieve your goals. CEU money given allows you to grow as a clinician. Overall great work environment that focues on quality of care. Pay is competitive with bonus incentives that are impressive and directly correlate to hard work.
Cons
Minimal cons; as with outpatient PT, schedules will vary with alternating AM and PM shifts. AM usually begins at 7AM and PM usually ends at 8PM.
