Pros

There is not a single pro to working here. There are things that may seem like pros, but you end up finding out they are all lies or come with a catch.

Cons

-Unprofessional and scattered upper management. They do nothing. I had many issues with a particular supervisor attempting to make advances towards me and when I told upper management nothing was done. -Supervisors are nowhere to be found. You are supposed to go to these individuals for help, refunds, and basically everything else you don't have access to but they are never around or purposely ignoring you. -Lies about pay raises. I was offered a pay raise to add another department onto my work load and just found out that I never received the raise and the company will not give me back pay. -Impossible to bonus fully. The quality assurance department will be sure to find any little thing wrong with a call to prevent you from receiving your full bonus.

Innovation is encouraged at every level. New ideas are welcomed, tested, and often implemented, which makes the workplace feel dynamic and future‑focused. There’s a strong emphasis on professional growth. Leaders actively encourage employees to stretch beyond their comfort zones, offering guidance and support along the way. Collaboration is valued, and cross‑functional teams are given the space to experiment and succeed together.

Cons

As with any fast‑moving, innovative environment, priorities can shift quickly. It requires adaptability, but the upside is constant learning
