Pros
Not only does Progyny welcomes but also values my knowledge and experience. I have been awarded and recognized for my contributions of building this company. There is a new excitement at every corner that holds a new possibility. From development of a new program or even speaking with a new provider. There is so much to learn and explore. With such hardworking and dedicated executive team members around you, you can't help but want to give a 110%. The motivation and energy makes the day fly by, only to make you come back and do it again.
Cons
Great with open space concept. But Progyny needs pods. More private working space.
