Incompetent Product Team: As some of the more recent reviews highlight, Product leadership changed over the past year and as a consequence of that change, we have received constantly changing feedback of what to build that have not been well received by clients and have been able to deliver very little due to Product leadership lacking coherent processes and decision making. Several of the Product leadership are also remote and are so far removed from the day-to-day that they barely have a handle on the overall strategy and product needs of the firm. I have now seen several Product team members leave from poor management and am stuck building features pushed down by the remaining product team leads that will likely be scrapped in several months.
