Pros

Great company culture when it comes to management being hands-off and trusting employees to be adults and mature about decisions on a daily basis. Hybrid work is a great plus because it shows trust and there is no micromanagement.

Cons

Hard to move up and make more money. Leadership doesn't seem to be paying attention to who is ambitious and doing an excellent job daily.

Thank you for your feedback and for your contributions over the past several years. We're pleased to hear that our culture of trust, flexibility, and autonomy has had a positive impact on your experience. Creating an environment where employees are empowered to make decisions and succeed without micromanagement is something we value. We also appreciate your candid comments regarding career growth and advancement opportunities. Recognizing and supporting high-performing employees is important to us, and leadership does pay close attention to employee contributions, performance, and potential. At the same time, career progression can be challenging in any organization, and ensuring employees understand available opportunities and development paths is something we are mindful of and continually strive to keep focus on. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective and feedback.
