The internal culture doesn’t reflect what the CEO promotes on social media. Decisions are motivated by self interest rather than in the interest of employees. You learn to work hard from fear rather than merit rewards. Asks for feedback, but not welcome unless it fits the narrative he writes. Employees are disposable as long as it benefits the top. It’s the kind of place that teaches you resilience - not by design, but by necessity.
