The most unethical company I have ever worked for. They do NOT care about their employees. The benefits offered here get worse each year. We did not even have Open Enrollment until December.. is that illegal? Not to mention my premiums went up 50% and changed vendors completely? Do the founders and leaders of HR care about the employees at all or more about cutting costs? The culture here is not diverse either. There are barely any American working employees. They have a tight knit Indian culture and if you are not Indian you do not fit. They are EXTREMELY rude to their employees. They don’t hire new people they just expand the work across 2 people. They expect you to teach yourself everything then reprimand you when things go wrong. The most unprofessional work setting I have ever worked in and I have worked in restaurants. They are so cheap that they cut back PTO carryover and moved annual increases from January to June for 2025. So if you are currently applying to this company I would STRONGLY advise you not to.
