1. Extremely poor work-life balance. Expect to work 11–12 hours daily without any appreciation. 2. Toxic project management and weak leadership. 3. Performance evaluation is highly biased and inconsistent. 4. HR is not supportive and mostly sides with management. 5. They make candidates to put papers by harassing. 6. PIP process is used as a formality before termination rather than genuine improvement. I have seen many such cases, nearly 7 to 8 within a month.
