In my experience, the environment at the senior level lacked constructive communication, transparency, and a collaborative culture. Leadership behavior often did not align with the standards expected at the director level, which negatively affected team morale and trust. There is a pressing need for stronger accountability, professional conduct, and a more respectful leadership approach to create a healthier and more productive work environment.
