- Work experience also heavily depends on the project you're assigned to, and the project manager/seniors in that team. If you're stuck with sh*tty people, your work life will be very sh*tty. - Same with the amount of work. Depending on the project, you sometimes can have 12 - 14 hour work day weeks. - I feel the company values sales people, business analysts and project managers more than engineers. I am not at all a fan of this.
