Good for feshers, no value for technical DE - Data Engineer Quantiphi Employee Review

- HR is for name sake. - Management is good for delivery aspects only , you cant expect more than that. - very conjustive infrastructure but good management at facility level. - No process or employee engagement programs and seems like no one interested. - Very negative vibes in the office. - Freshers are trained to replace experienced staff but no value added program initiation or platform to add value to the company from experienced one. - Inexperienced people are driving leadership.
